Aging doesn't begin at 65 years old, but is based on our perspective. What makes getting older so potentially difficult? How can we see old age as a new stage in life, a stage of renewal?
"Aging for Beginners" by Ezra Bayda with Elizabeth Hamilton will be used as the basis for discussion. FREE (Pre-registered requested) and open to all: all ages and whether you participated in any of the previous Aging sessions.
