OPEN MEDITATION Sundays in February
Open to the Public Meditation
This open meditation practice is for longtime practitioners and beginners alike. We warmly invite you to join us for chants, sitting meditation, walking meditation, and guided contemplation. Following this group practice, from 11:30am till noon, the community gathers for tea and conversation.
There are certain Sundays when open meditation will not occur due to scheduled programs. Please check our website for more information.
Free meditation instruction is available from 10:00 to 10:30am
Meditation instruction by qualified guides will be available to anyone interested at no charge.
Cushions, benches and chairs are supplied; you do not need to bring anything.
